Friday, April 17, 2015 -- Sun Up

Early this morning, oh about 5:30, Mr. Fun woke me to ask if I wanted to go with him to the shoreline to watch the sun come up from behind our little beach shanty. One thing I am not is a morning person.

So I volunteered to hold down the bed while he went on an adventure. He sent lots of photos to my phone while he was out meeting the day. Then when he got back here, he saw the sun shining through the side window and right out the front window. This is his photo. It does have a spot of glare, and if I were a whiz-bang with Photoshop or some other super-duper app, I could remove it, but I'm not, so I won't. I think, though, years from now we'll be glad we've preserved this photo here.

It's been a lovely Friday; officially the last day of my spring break. I'll report to the campus Monday afternoon to prep for Tuesday classes and I do online office hours Monday evening. We'll leave here early Monday morning.
