Basel Zoo

Some things are better done when friends are in town. Today Penni and I went to the zoo in Basel. It was great. We saw most of the cast from last night's performance of the Lion King enjoying a well deserved snooze in the sun. Penguins, snow leopards, lions, elephants, rhinos, flamingos, sea lions and more!

As it was Penni's last night we went for some Swiss food even though it's not been the kind of weather for fondue or Rösti of late!
