The boring day

Lots of boring things to do today - Mr C had the first of 3 visits to Hexham where our nearest NHS dentist is, so I went to boring old Tesco (I prefer Lidl but maybe Hwxham is too posh), then we went to town to try to sort out a deal on my phone, via Brighton Grove to get our Asian food and spice supplies. Next stop M & S and I'll leave it to you to work out what many women go there to buy.

And now I get home to find my hospital eye appointment has been put back another month. Which means I'll have had poor vision for 5 months before I even get put in the queue for the op.

Here's my boring task for this evening - friends have become grandparents for the first time, so I need to sew up the jacket for Francis the Third.
