Wanaka via Fox Glacier

Due to my clumsy episode yesterday I opted (after taking advice from the hike leader) not to go up the Franz Josef glacier, which a few of my friends did. So it resulted in me killing time for a few hours before we headed south east of Franz Josef to Wanaka.

The drive due to the mountains was approx 8 hours, so apart from a brief stop at the fox glacier it was actually quite an uneventful day to be honest. Wanaka is a smaller version of queenstown which is where we're heading tomorrow.
