Big Wheel Reflections.

Every town and city, it seems, has to have its big wheel.   Bradford’s is situated outside it’s 1870 Venetian Gothic City Hall, currently swathed in scaffolding and polythene and making a rather ugly backdrop for the Big Wheel.  However, the reflection in the modern café’s picture windows opposite looked pretty special.
