Merce, Ferran and Friends

Merce and Ferran are our next door neighbours and friends. It was Ferran's birthday during the week and we had Sunday lunch at their house.  The menu was: terrine of butifarra (Catalan sausage) and ceps (a special Catalan mushroom) as a starter;  main course was pigs trotters and snail casserole, which we found a tad challenging!  See Bb's blip for a main course photo.  Nice day and good to be included in such celebrations!
