The Turnip Mountain

Three quarters of it has gone now leaving some very happy sheep. This was the moment it started to brighten up this afternoon about three pm. Heavy rain all night followed by arctic temperatures, a bitter wind and snow all morning. After all it is only the twelfth  of April. All this has left the Lake District Mountains covered in snow again rendering a lot of roads impassable. You can just see them in the background
