It's a beautiful day

Another fabulous day in Edi where the temperatures are 18 - and fabulous as I did my 18 mile run in 3h this morning.

Today was the first time I ran with music and the Gnarls Barclay song Crazy that came on at mile 17 really helped me through that final hurdle.

So looking forward to night out with friends to Devils Advocate. Feeling devilish myself - watch out Mr J xxx
