A big day in Calgary. I relinquished my role as CEO and "handed the baton" to my successor. The final step in a succession plan. A smooth transition and happy staff.

I think some people think the big event of the day is tonight's hockey game as the Calgary Flames play for a spot in the playoffs.

Happy not to have to watch the sun set from the Air Canada lounge anymore.
