BabyCyclops had his routine appointment at the neonatal unit today.

He charmed the very kind doctor.

The doctor commended BabyCyclops on his size (now a chunky 10kg / 22lb), his sitting, his 'conversational babble' and his 'smooth transitions' when moving about.  She said that she couldn't tell to look at him that he'd been a premature baby, and developmentally she put him 'between 9 and 12 months' which is bang on.  He is coming up 11 months actual or 9 months adjusted.

All good.

But we're to go back when he's walking for the final sign off.

We also nipped into the Unit where BabyCyclops stayed after he was born to drop off some knitting that BabyCyclops's Grandma had done for the tiny babies.
