Sunshine and sea spray
Today looked a lot more promising when we got up and the wander up the hill with the dogs was fairly pleasant. Once home I spent a little while trying to get the flue liner into the chimney of the boiler room. I failed and ran out of time before the nearly wife had to trundle off to work. I spent a little while doing paperwork and other stuff before taking the dogs up to Wasdale for the afternoon walk. It was actually warm. I took my hat off - a first for this year.
I had a small job to go to in Stromness later in the afternoon and was able to grab a couple of shots of the sea spray lit up by the late afternoon sunshine in Hoy Sound. The picture does it no justice. It was stunning.
