Sunshine

Last night was cold and again about -3C, as was the night before.  Yesterday Susan put up a picture of a rather frosty daffodil and I put up a picture of a frozen birdbath.  Even though it is cold at night, the daytime temperatures here with this high pressure area dominating, are absolutely delightful making it a pleasure to be out in the garden.  Once the sunshine had warmed everything sufficiently this morning, I was out on our roof sorting out the leaks that had not existed prior to the ends of the house being re-roofed, although the bending causes me problems, it was a pleasure working in a nice warm sunny environment. With this in mind I thought it would be nice to blip a little but of stored sunshine today, hence these daffodils that are not very chilly.  They do not appear to have suffered from being very cold.
