Skylark

I blipped the first skylark that I saw last year on the 21st April (here) - perhaps the unseasonally mild winter & super warm Spring has brought then earlier this year - or perhaps I'm just being more observant.

We were early onto the fell today as it was simply glorious but we'd got a lot to get done today. So a bright blast round the scar and back to getting the van ready to sell (sob!) and then mowing lawns, digging out garden wall foundation trenches and some prep for Mrs IntotheHills starting a new consultancy role tomorrow. Blipping early for me as we're now off to the cinema with friends - seems insane when the weathers this good - but my BBQ suggestion got pooh poohed, hmphhhh.
