Glen Lyon, Perthshire

What an amazing day:-)  The weather was glorious wall-to-wall sunshine all day, with the temperature reaching 20 degrees at one point.  We decided to drive to Glen Lyon, which we haven't visited for a while and it was easy to see why it's often voted the most beautiful glen in Scotland.

Wonderful scenery everywhere you looked, with waterfalls galore and snow on the tops.  Deer (leaping across the road in front of us!), brown hares and a fabulous soaring golden eagle just added to the delights:-)

None of my photos did it justice, but they do provide a memory of a very happy day.
