Not True!!

Saw several of these new signs on a road we've not used before.  Not sure who they are intended for, but would you feel safe when cars are allowed to do 40 mph on blind bends on a single lane track?  I certainly didn't when we parked up and I got out to take some photos and had cars whizzing by inches from me!
