Lunch

Today I dropped R off at work then dashed to the gym for a training session with G. Gawd I have missed it.
Went to lunch with 10 lovely people from work including Ann who has just become a Grandmother for the first time. Dashed to pick R up and then home before going back to the gym for classes. Great fun.
