On Guard!

Mum and Dad arrived just after 11am and we all tucked into a rather large turkey butterfly at 1:30 - it was rather yummy even if I do say so myself!  I choose an Ottolenghi receipe (Ms Mun and In an Instant introduced me to the chef ((not in person.... as in recipes)) when we were with them at Christmas) - http://www.ottolenghi.co.uk/ingredients/ottolenghi/meat-and-fish/marinated-turkey-breast-with-cumin-coriander-and-white-wine-method-shop

We all decided, after much debate about alcohol reducing in cooking that I could have a little of the white wine jus / sauce....so far I feel fine!!  I also took the last of my antibiotics at lunch - hurrah!  No wine though for me until Tuesday evening (no, no I'm not counting the hours, honest!!)

Mum and Dad left just after 3:30 as they are due at my sisters for easter tea, Chris and I decided on a short walk around the village.  Well that short walk turned into 4.6miles!!  This little guy lives at one of the farms and was really making himself heard whilst trying to hide behind a daff....

Anyway, enough rambling for one day....I need to find a mocktail....I think I have some pretend pink champagne left.
