Reconnaissance

I had mentioned to a photographer friend of a great location I knew for edgy shots and pointed her toward this place. However, on her visit it appeared that the army had taken over this building and weren't allowing people in any more.

I've used this place a couple of times so I had to go down and check for myself that it was till accessible. Armed with my link to the legal stuff about right to roam in Scotland and the handy dust cleaner with words approved by The Home Office to give to a police man or private security guard I headed down.

Fortunately, the coast was clear and I could walk in unimpeded by anyone and take this and a few other photos of the location. Looks like I'll be using it again in the near future.
