Katie In A Puddle

A damp start to the day - and forecast for light rain all day. However around 10 the rain eased off - so we headed out for our walk - choosing a route that didn't involve too much mud.

We chose Hedley Lane - which is generally not too muddy, although it does have several dips which fill up with water.

Ever since she was a puppy Katie has had a thing about puddles (well water in general) and she loves to splash around  - she will always run through a puddle rather than go round!

Today was no exception and she paddled around for ages - only pausing briefly to see if I would throw something for her - so here she is standing in one of the puddles waiting to see what I would throw.

The rain returned later (after we got home) and stayed most of the day.
