Almost Easter

At last. I can enjoy a Hot Cross bun without feeling guilty! Last week I couldn't resist a taster, but then felt it wasn't quite the thing as Easter was still a whole week away.
I know that Hot Cross buns have been on the supermarket shelves since Christmas, but I had managed to maintain a measure of sobriety until last week.
But it's Good Friday tomorrow and we are into the Easter weekend. So all those feelings and longings I have resisted are a thing of the past. Must admit to demolishing a pack of four yesterday. Already well into another pack today and it's probably another couple of hours till bedtime.
Shame to let the remaining three buns go dry and they'll no longer be as fresh tomorrow!
