Gaps to fill!

Having to hang around today waiting for a courier to pick up a parcel.  All I know is that it will be 'before five'.  I'm only involved because son is on holiday.
Had to find quiet things to do so I can here the doorbell.  Patio grouting needs attention so I have dug out the crumbling stuff ready to re fill the gaps.  Also trying to get rid of the lichen.
I have tidied drawers and filed papers and made phone calls and I am fast running out of things to do.  It is now 4.05 and no sign of a courier yet.  (I suppose I could always dust!)
Might need to have a piece of cake and try and finish my book!
