Jumping....

... on the Poppy Bandwagon....

This poppy is really really slow to open. For the last few days I expected it to open up fully, but it is taking its time! I just hope it will be out while the weather is still nice, so we can enjoy it.

Strange day.... looked good on paper , but turned into a bit of a stressful affair. So I have gone from singing in the car on the way in this morning, to feeling stressed within an hour of arriving at work, to utter disbelief, to sheer anger, to being lost for words and feeling utterly frustated....none of it, I hasten to add, caused by the treasures I teach, but colleagues!

Luckily I have the most beautiful 15 minute drive home, which always helps me to relax a little... so by the time I sat in the garden with a nice cup of tea, I felt a little better...

Bring on half term.... it is much needed!!!
