April Fools Day

I must now confess.

Yesterday I spoke of exciting and scary times.

It was a smokescreen...

It was a prelude to this morning's Facebook status that broke the news I've been appointed as the voice of Wembley Stadium.

Now there is no doubt it is a place where I would dearly love to do the stadium announcing, but I have yet to be asked.

People got rather giddy about it. 70 people liked the status, 30+ commented and I even got private messages and phone calls.

Those who made personal contact got dragged in even further as I told of the perks of the job that included tickets for friends, first class travel, 5* hotels and chauffeur driven cars
