Grasmere Daffodils
After a shopping trip into Keswick for new walking boots for my other half, we headed home via Grasmere. It was very important to stop off in Grasmere for the very famous gingerbread. Everyone at work would be expecting it.
The gingerbreadplace is situated in part of the churchyard and doesn't open until lunchtime out of respect for those choosing to go to church. I quite like that and I've no religious persuasion, but I'm partial to a bit of respect where it's due.
I took a few photos of the daffs in the churchyard (in the rain) and here's the end product.
