Looking Down

8.6C with sunny spells, and dull spells. Cloudy. Wind to 25 mph with gusts to 34 mph.

Apothecary7's day off. We went to M&S in Dundee again for something for my birthday which is soon. On the way back to the car we stopped at the M&S simply food for some groceries. Somehow three small Easter Eggs seem to have arrived home too.

On the way home we went past Carnoustie and through to Arbroath harbour for a Looking Down shot for Wide Angle Wednesday. The tide was almost fully in and the water not as low as I would have liked, but there are always looking down shots to be had at a harbour.

After lunch we took Maeve the Deerhound for a walk. We went up to the church then continued out along the country road towards Scryne. We turned right at Craigmill farm and went down the track to the shore. It was quite windy on the track and on the cycle path. We came home along the cycle path into the wind. Apothecary7 turned up the road to the shore but Maeve and I carried on round in a long loop, heading into Carnoustie then up the main road before turning along for home.

DMC-LX7 f/2.8 1/125 sec. ISO-80 5mm (35mm equivalent of 29mm)

Note: Apothecary7 had a letter from the General Pharmaceutical Council yesterday with feedback on the audit of her CPD entries. She has reported on yesterday's blip that her work passed muster. It was much better than that. Each review category was marked excellent. Well worth a mention I think :-)
