Contemporary Indian cuisine

Back in the UK now and in the hotel at Heathrow ready to drive home tomorrow. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant which serves contemporary Indian cuisine - slightly different from the rather predictable menus you tend to get in Indian restaurants elsewhere in the country. Very nice.
