A seafull of seagulls

A golden bubble bath at sunrise was on offer this
morning and hundreds of seagulls were not slow
to take advantage. Theirs was an easy plunge from
the 200' overhanging cliffs of Scarborough's Castle
Headland over the Marine Drive and into the briny.
This communal mass bathing beneath the main
nesting site seems to be particular to this time of
year. An ideal opportunity one would think to smarten
up and find a mate at the same time!
