Dipper in the river.

End of a hectic week. Lunchtime walk was in lovely sunshine. I better enjoy this little break as the forecast for the weekend is not looking good. I spent a while taking shots of this Dipper in the river. Normally they are very jumpy,  and will either dive in to the water looking for food, fly off somewhere else to look for food, or fly off because you moved. Flightly is an appropriate word. This one spent a long time on the rock grooming and preening and vice-versa. Unfortunately a branch kept on getting in the way. I carefully moved a little right and managed to get this quite good shot.
