I don't like cliche shots

Another wet day!

Yesterday, I had gone out onto Hollingworth Moor for my long run and been lucky! Well that was until 3km from home, I was hit by a hail storm whilst traversing a muddy hillside! The hailstones were the size of peas and they hurt. 

I was glad when I eventually reached the main road, It's on a hillside which catches water from everywhere around so I ended up running down a river! I reached home totally saturated and cold but didn't have time to stop! I grabbed my wallet and ran down to the farmshop for provisions as it was closing! Yay.... I wouldn't starve. The walk back up the hill with a bag of messages was tough, especially after having just completed a hilly off-road half-marathon!

Surprisingly, my legs were ok today but I ended up staying in until it was time to go swimming in the evening. I did the whole set so didn't have time to catch the early train. Rather, I had a wander round town setting a limit to take only 3 photos. 

Although I dislike cliched photos, I think I avoided one by having the trees in the foreground and sticking with B&W.
