Unexpected day!

Today Carmen and Jacob had a surprise trip to Bradgate park with Auntie Rene they played on there scooters they climbed rocks and jumped in muddy streams but most importantly that had good fun and spent quality time with there Auntie and cousins - as you can see they were shattered always a sign of success!
So me and Andy had a rare mummy & daddy time with just Sophia we went out for lunch and spent some quality time with our gorgeous baby lots of love and cuddles!
Andy is an amazing dad who has been hands on right from the start I'm so proud of him we had comments from a lovely old couple in the pub today about how lovely it was to see a dad so hands on and how Sophia clearly adored him!
I'm so lucky to have time off work to spend with the children I'm privileged to be around them most days and be there for them every step of there journey! I see Andy working 10 hours some days but he tries to help out in the morning to grab some time with the children and in the evenings!
I could not imagine working full time and not being at home with them it would hurt me so much. I am due to go back to work soon and am dreading those couple days away from them:(
Quality family time is difficult to find with busy lives, but we have to grasp those rare times with both hands and not let go as it precious and worth holding on tight for!
