Ferry across the...
...Severn in Shrewsbury.
The scaffolding is around the Porthill Bridge which is undergoing some serious renovations and the ferry is currently being used as a replacement crossing. Porthill was built in 1922 and is one of four pedestrian bridges across the river in the town and is the fourth that I've managed to include within my blips. Only four more bridges to go although I'll return to this one once the renovations are complete as it is an attractive construction.
