I only took one picture today. An iPad special as had left the camera at home. End of the day heading for a coffee and a lift home rather than trekking back to the office.
Started the day with my first Physio class. I was encouraged to meet a participant who was attending her last one and was happy to tell that she never expected to have normal movement in her shoulder again when she started out. Only slightly discouraged to discover that was back in September!
