First Day of Spring!

We had an early dismissal on the first day of spring due to a small snow storm.  I can’t believe it is spring and we are still getting hit with surprise snow.  The snow was supposed to start around six in the morning so we were anticipating a cancellation or an early dismissal.  They didn’t call anything in the morning so we all headed to school.  Right after homeroom we were told that we would be dismissing at 9:30.  We had first period and half of second, and then we were called to second homeroom.  This meant that we still had to take our probability test first period, but at least we got it over with.   After we were dismissed I went home and went back to sleep.  I woke up with two messages on my phone from my friend that said “I’m outside, Are you coming?”  I was really confused because I had no idea what was happening, but I got up and went with her anyway.  She just wanted me to come and help her babysit.  Her mom watches toddlers and babies throughout the day and since we were home from school she wanted us to come and help her.  We watched a little baby named Maddex.  He was our buddy for the day.  We fed him and played with him until his mom came to pick him up.
