White Horse

A second day orienteering today, this time a traditional event in the forest at Gilling on the North York Moors.  I was out a long time, having made a couple of navigational errors including one which took me twenty minutes when it should have been more like 7-8.  Anyway my fitbit is very happy with me and has awarded me a badge!  Probably the nearest I will ever get to an award in orienteering!  It was a lovely day to be out in the fresh air with nature.  We discovered a new route to the North York Moors and interesting things to see on the way home including this view of the Kilburn White Horse and this hedge!
