Two little boys

Emergency Blip - in the kitchen all day. Madeira mushrooms in cheese choux pastry; beef top rump in red wine and brandy with potatoes dauphinoise; new potatoes; red cabbage with apples and balsamic vinegar and julienne carrots; lemon pavlova and tarte tatin and caramel pouring sauce. Cheese and coffee. Our guests left just before midnight. Time to blip then clearing away. They seemed to enjoy the food and each other's company. We certainly did. In the meantime my two little garden angels are keeping an eye on things and making their jobs to do at the week end lists.
