Tarte Tatin Starts Here
With our neighbours coming for dinner tomorrow, I spent the afternoon in the kitchen. I made a pavlova which is still drying out in the oven and a lemon filling which is cooling in the fridge. I'm also making Tarte Tatin with a caramel pouring sauce. The pastry is made and chilling in the fridge. I'm going to peel the apples next but a tea break seems like a good idea.
