Charlie

With around 35 years of history of back problems to overcome Charlie is the latest person to take up the challenge. And he comes highly recommended.

Session 3 this evening involved more manipulation and wrenching of my back from a normal to a somewhat stretched out state. I didn't even yelp out once (I did last week) so progress must be being made.

Tomorrow is a busy day. Off work. Picking up my new (second hand) car before heading up to London for the evening to see the Lion King. Everyone I've talked to about it rates the show very highly so really looking forward to it.

I could really be spoilt for a blip tomorrow
