I'm Cool As A Cucumber! :)

I spent a long time this afternoon looking for bugs on blackthorn to post for GracieG. I wanted to show her our tight little Prunus spinosa buds. Blackthorn usually starts to bloom here in Essex in late March. This often coincides with a spell of cold weather that we Essex and Suffolk folks call Blackthorn Winter  

When I looked at Blip this evening I learnt about the holding hands thing and thought it would be a shame not to post the beautifully camouflaged little cucumber spider I eventually found.
