Fish, Eels, Dog

I am delighted that the new bridge over the River Lee Navigation at Dobbs Weir is finally open. I have hated having to drive the boring route via Broxbourne on my regular Friday evening visits to M&S in Cheshunt.

I stopped at the Fish 'n' Eels to have a look at the bridge. It can still take only one lane of traffic, seems mad that it hasn't been widened. There were more narrowboats moored than I have seen here before. A nice smoky little community. This canal canine was excited about coming ashore. :)
