Apricot promise

For my birthday last year my family gave me a little apricot tree. We planted it in a large pot and it seemed to flourish through the summer. I wondered how it would fare, out in the garden all winter, so was delighted to see these little flower buds today. The little tree is covered with buds and will look beautiful in a few days' time. Another blip! I wonder whether any of the flowers will turn to fruit. That would be brilliant! I love apricots.
