Sunday Afternoon

"Take me out to the ball game,
Take me out with the crowd;
Just buy me some peanuts and Cracker Jack,
I don't care if I never get back."

It is Spring training again in AZ and we went to a game this afternoon.
It doesn't matter who the teams are.
The tickets are cheaper, the fans tend to be loud and funny, and the weather is perfect.
I'm not sure why but a baseball game makes me feel like something is inherently right in the USA despite all the news.
It gives me the same feeling as the hometown parade or even a high school football game.

I managed to lose my shadow of worry for a few hours today and just enjoy the moment.
I am grateful.
