Reed Bunting?

..I've seen these birds all through the winter, flitting up and down the fence lines. Today they've been feeding underneath the feeders.

Very sparrow like but with a white moustache, and dark head..

Lovely day again today, three in a row now. Finished glazing the greenhouse, windows and door fitted, and louvered vent.

Called C's brother today to find out how he is. Turns out he has a couple of broken ribs, and had fluid on the lung. They hope to let him out within a week. He's going to be sore for some time, but OK.. Lucky really..
