Farm Art

A challenging walk in this morning's heat, from Hollingworth Lake up to Blackstone Edge and back. On the way I passed Owlet Hall, was tempted to swim in Dry Mere, caused a minor stampede and admired some wonderful combinations of wild and garden flowers.

But I wasn't decided on a blip for today until I reached Syke Farm. I could have used these roofs, in local produced material. Instead, I went for what looked like a carefully arranged group of farmyard objects. It could be my imagination but it looked like art to me.
