Weeds

For a place that is brown & ugly much of the year, North Texas really knows how to do pretty when it wants to. These purple flowers are tiny weeds that grow in the grass in early spring and create huge blankets of purple all around the country side...they look beautiful.
I was complaining to no1 son that I'd like to blip them but whenever I try to get a picture, it never really captures how lovely they are. A little later Littleman came in with my phone and said, "I got your blip for you!" ...so here they are :)
