The avenue of firs had received a haircut over the weekend and look very tidy. Well they always do, but even smarter today in the early morning sun. I NEVER tire of this view from my castle window. Today I used the Nursery terrace to get a closer look.

The Head made the decision to let the children back on the lawns at break times today. The parents may not be too happy as it's still quite wet out there and I noticed many a grass stained trouser leg this afternoon....

Manic Tuesday as always, and I stayed far too late again. I need to take myself in hand....one day.
