Something new

I just wrote a load of stuff and lost it....not sure I can write it all again.

Highlights: this is kohl rabi. It was delicious sautéed in coconut oil with steak.

Work thing made my head hurt. Playing hula hoop with a puppy in the garden stopped it hurting.

J had his best day since the injury. If he has a good night we will feel like the corner is turned.

Anna went to bed worrying about a decision she has to make in the morning.
