Sitting Pretty

We had a meeting arranged for 11:30 this morning, so I knew if I wanted to go out it would have to be first thing  -  and a good job too.  No sooner had I got back than it started to pour, and it's done quite a bit of pouring today.

This Robin is very friendly and it could be that I've blipped him before;  I noticed the ring on his leg, so that's something I can look out for in future, although I suppose there are many which have been ringed. 

He seemed very happy to sit and pose for a photograph  -  and I was more than happy to take it.
