In Step

For the most part, I gave the birds a break today.

I met somebody at the seashore on Thursday night that told me about a drag strip where her husband was racing on Sunday. I'm really not a "car guy", but I thought it sounded interesting.

But...when I got there...I'm not sure it was 25 dollars interesting. So, I didn't go in, but I did get a taste of the noise from the parking lot. It was LOUD!

Instead, I took a walk at a state park, and stopped at a U-pick strawberry farm. Which leads to a question and an answer.

Q: Do strawberries taste better if you pick them yourself?
A: Yes...yes they do.
