Cake

Before parkrun this morning I ran round the park - and did another 2/3 circuit afterwards making about 8 miles in all, the furthest in one go for 6 months. I wasn't particularly fast but managed to keep up a steady pace.
Then we had to attend a birthday party for grandson no3 and this was the magnificent cake made by his mum. It seemed a shame to cut it up but it was worth it, a rich sticky chocolate cake. We have some to eat tomorrow as well - yum!
