Model of "The Daddy Longlegs".

The Daddy Longlegs (good website) was the brainchild of Magnus Volk and it operated between Brighton and Rottingdean, albeit for a limited time.

This is a model at Paradise Park in Newhaven - an odd place combining botanic garden, plastic dinosaurs that roar, models of key Sussex constructs, ponds and play areas. A little bit retro, but at least it tries to fit in a little bit of history of the area.
